As many of you already know, we are a predominantly social guild. This means, that even though we raid frequently, we all do our best to get along with one another, help eachother where possible and, of course, compete with eachother.
There are several key factors that make ALH different from many other guilds.
One of the major factors is that our leadership is not a "one-man band", but more a collective of experienced players who try their best to guide the guild in the best direction possible at any given time.
As we grow, the guidelines will change slightly to accommodate that growth and the direction we are heading in.
1. Respect - As a member of ALH, you need to keep in mind that no matter where you are, people will see the guild name and associate your behavior with the guild. Respect the name we have built for the guild, respect your fellow players (within reason of course) and help make a better name for our already famous guild.
2. Pride - Take pride in your character(s), work on them, find exactly what it is you enjoy the most about them and build on that. Gear, spec, dps, healing...it doesn't matter what your focus is...it's the toon that counts
3. Knowledge - Work on understanding your class and spec as best as possible. Ask the right people the right questions. (EG: Affliction spec warlocks would ask Noctusternal about the best possible gear build for their level or where to assign points when re-spec'ing)
