Hey ALH,

I don't think this will be coming as a surprise to any of you, since I haven't really been on much at all for the past couple of months. But it's now official; I suspended my accounts and deleted the massive folder that is WoW this past week.

I've had some really great times with pretty much everyone in the guild over the last 4-5 years, but between my upcoming trip to the big sandy place and the game getting a bit too old and frustrating, it was time to call it quits.

Shout out to the old running crew, Nyste, Hellz, Saggy, Pere, Bav and Cioko; groups with you guys were always a blast! No matter how rough the run got, it was always a good time with you guys along. Special thanks to Saggy, you took the abuse like a champ, man. ;-)

And of course, many thanks to the old officer crew: Bod, Taur, T, Rags and Asa. You guys did a great job with the guild while it lasted, hats off to you all.

And for those of you who came across to chip in on our Scourge runs, you know we loved ya! Special thanks to Roudy for always being there when we needed ya, and especially for your hospitality when we came down a'visiting. Hopefully we'll be able to return the favor soon if ya make it out to Texas!

And everyone else in the guild, it's been real. I'd thank everyone individually, but I don't ever want to look too much like Posit. :-P I might be back for the expansion, who knows. But if not, hopefully I'll run into you guys again someday, somewhere! Peace!

-Trug

It was a please Ken. Give V a hug for me and slap the missus upside the head too (or pass it on at least lol).

Hope we see you back in the land of sheep's milk some day again soon :)

Take care mate.

How is Uni goin for ya, Saj? Bit more manageable without the hideous beast of WoW? :-)

If yer into gaming still, I'm checking out Warhammer Online, and its pretty fun. Guilds gain xp along with their members so you can level the guild and get access to some pretty cool stuff. Plus the pvp is awesome. Oh, and you can take over and own your own castles, it's pretty nice. Best part is, it seems to be free for now. They turned on some unlimited trial that is supposed to cap your toon at level 10, but the cap seems to be broken. Let me know if yer interested, I can tell ya what server I'm on and all that.

Sara says hi!

I heard some bad about AION, pretty much only the levelling though. It's meant to be incredibly grindy to level, as in doing repeatable quests over and over to progress with no new content until you get past a point then more grindy.

Still looks awesome though...

I have yet to use ANY of the repeat quests all the way up to level 30 and now there is an instance that resets every 30 minutes ( not while you are in it so you can do a full run back to back to back with no problems ).

They have added a ton of quests to remove the grind that was there at the beginning.
